Gun Violence Restraining Order online filing
To file online, download the forms listed below. Complete forms 1-3 for the Gun Violence Restraining Order. Complete the 4th form if you are asking for the restraining order right away. Email completed forms to onlinefiling@tuolumne.courts.ca.gov. You may also file in person. All orders, regardless of how they are filed, will be processed within normal business hours.
Note: Only Domestic Violence Restraining Order forms and Gun Violence Order forms will be accepted through online/email submission. Other documents received will not be reviewed, considered, or returned.
1. Petition for Gun Violence Restraining Order (form GV-100)

2. Confidential CLETS Information (form CLETS-001)
The information on this form will help police enforce the restraining order. The court will not use the information on this form and the person you are asking for a restraining order against will not get a copy.
3. Notice of Court Hearing (form GV-109)
The court will complete most of this form. You only need to complete items 1 and 2.
4. (optional) Temporary Restraining Order (form GV-110)
You need this form if you are asking for protection right away (if you checked form GV-100, item 10). The court will complete most of this form. You only need to complete items 1 and 2.
